Insurance of the stands:
Exhibitors are required to be at their stands from 7:00h to 21:00h during clearing or arranging a stand. During Fair hours, exhibitors can come to their stands at 9:30h at the earliest and leave the stand at 18:30h at the latest. Fair organizers will provide security for stands from 18:30h to 9:30h. There will not be any compensation for lost properties before exact time of the loss is determined by the organizers and security guards.
